Zoomlnfo’s vision for the Grand Rapids Sales Office was an agile and collaborative workplace that fostered workplace culture and brand loyalty. The interior tenant fit-out of an existing 10,000 square feet of core and shell lease space in the Grand Rapids Downtown Market resulted in a thoughtful, healthy workspace that promotes employee productivity. With hospitality central to the plan, IA created an open office throughout, activating the entire space. Layered collaboration provides flexibility in workstyles, meeting rooms occupy “odd” corners of the plan, and huddle rooms flank open office for easy access. Custom resource walls separate the open office defining space for different teams.
