nexVORTEX
The need for additional office space to support business operations for nexVortex, a national company that specializes in delivering cloud communications to businesses, necessitated this commercial interior tenant fit-out. This 5,000 square foot interior renovation accommodates nearly 30 employees and incorporates modern office amenities and workspace into an existing historic building. Existing wood and masonry structure/shell are retained and left exposed, in which new private offices, conferencing space, work café, and support functions were inserted. The resulting office layout capitalizes on an abundance of natural daylight and views from this downtown, Grand Rapids location.
