Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the five-story Mid Towne Village Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel consists of 141 guest rooms above a 194 space parking ramp that serves both the hotel and the surrounding developments. The hotel lobby level, which sits above the surrounding grade, includes green terraces, a pool and fitness area, meeting rooms and a double height breakfast area. Aimed at achieving LEED certification, the building incorporates a variety of sustainable features including green roofs, water use reduction, and electric car charging stations in the parking garage. The building exterior merges a traditional brick façade with strategic locations of contemporary curtain wall and metal panel.
