Meadow Stone Apartments

Eenhoorn, LLC has embarked on a 7.8-acre site development adjacent to its existing Meadow Stone Apartments, a well-established multi-family residential property in Hastings, Michigan. The site is currently zoned under a pre-existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) designation, which was amended to incorporate modern apartment units and resident-focused amenities, aligning with the community’s evolving needs.

This project initiates Phase 2 of the PUD with the expansion introducing three new residential buildings, adding 44 units comprised of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with carports and garages. The design emphasizes a blend of privacy and connectivity, with each unit featuring contemporary layouts tailored to modern living. A new resident clubhouse will serve as the community’s hub, housing a leasing office, a state-of-the-art fitness room, and a versatile community room. The PUD’s Phase 3 adds two additional buildings and 48 units.
