Innocademy
Innocademy is a Lake Superior State University charter school offering educational classes for Young 5’s thru eighth grade. IA originally designed 8485 Homestead in Zeeland, Michigan, as an open office for Herman Miller in 2001. To prepare the building for its new occupants, IA conducted an extensive renovations and code evaluations for the conversion to educational use. Construction documents included exterior site work, interior renovations, and mechanical/electrical improvements to the first floor.
