Grand Valley State University South Apartments
GVSU’s South Campus Apartments is a LEED Gold 608-bed residential complex consisting of three buildings scaled to create small communities with connection zones open to the larger world. The apartment-style residences offer full-service kitchens, living rooms, and private bedrooms. The exterior palette uses the brick and metal panel architecture established on the campus, adding a contemporary twist. The sustainable complex connects the dots between living and learning by creating new views and new opportunities to experience campus life.
