Cardinal Senior Management

Integrated Architecture assisted and guided Cardinal Senior Management in the development of two residential buildings located in Holland and Grand Rapids, Michigan. For these new locations CSM’s vision is to create a homelike facility that meets and exceeds the current standard in Adult Foster Care (AFC) facilities. The facility will prepare and provide all meals in a homelike dining and social area and laundry service. Other unique design features are the living area with fireplace, large kitchen island for food preparation activities, quiet sunrooms, and a full-time manager apartment. The use of natural light, landscaped central courtyard, low maintenance materials on the exterior, plus the added Cardinal color for branding makes this building stand out from its competition.
