Atmos Energy Corporation has grown from a small company in the Texas Panhandle into the nation’s largest natural-gas-only distributor, serving more than 3,200,000 customers in twelve states. Atmos strives to maintain its hometown touch by providing personal service and prompt responses acknowledging that each customer is the most important one. IA’s vision for their new call center supports their goals by creating an inviting, flexible workspace filled with
amenities that will enhance customer service activities. By focusing on the people who work in the call center, we designed a healthy, sustainable human-centered environment. The resulting office is a world-class space for work, breaks, fitness and training. This project included the design of training areas that were created especially to assist Atmos in achieving their goal of creating an industry-best learning environment.
