Academy Manor
The Dominican Sisters are redeveloping their Marywood Campus Motherhouse in Grand Rapids to provide affordable housing for senior citizens. Third Coast Development LLC and PK Development Group plan to convert part of the main building on the Dominican Sisters’ Marywood campus into 109 affordable and market-rate senior housing units. Integrated Architecture is working with the development group on updates to the residential units, creating 18 studio apartments, 76 one-bedroom units, and 15 two-bedroom units.
