4Front Credit Union Administration Office
4Front Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative serving more than 81,000 members across the state of Michigan. With the need to consolidate employees to improve workplace collaboration, the credit union united team members in a new 73,000 square foot, 4-story mixed-use building in downtown Traverse City. The building includes retail lease spaces on the first floor, leasable offices on the second floor, and administrative offices for 4Front on floors three and four. The Credit Union sought a location and building design that supported its mission and integrated with the overall look and character of downtown Traverse City. Integrated Architecture provided design, documentation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, interior design, structural engineering, and landscape design for the new building for level one common lobby and branch bank, level two common core, and levels three and four office space. The site work includes a 15-20 car parking area, water retention storage system under the parking area, and landscape designed to city streetscape standards.
