The 430 Monroe Avenue project consists of a 10-story liner building constructed immediately adjacent to (and over) an existing multi-floor parking structure. This public/private partnership is another phase in the development of the MSU GRIP (Grand Rapids Innovation Park) Campus, a healthcare innovation hub in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Vertically, the building comprises seven stories of leasable office space, with the upper three floors dedicated to the Perrigo Company’s North American Corporate Headquarters.
